1 -15 oz. can Bar Harbor® Fish or Bar Harbor® Seafood Stock

1 - 8 oz. bottle Bar Harbor® Clam Juice

2 - Tablespoons extra-virgin Olive Oil

1 - Whole head Fresh Garlic cloves, peeled and coarsely chopped

1 - Bay Leaf

1/4 teaspoon dried Thyme

Pinch of dried Sage

Salt to taste


1. To the stock, add clam juice, olive oil, bay leaf, garlic, thyme and sage.

2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt to taste.

3. Strain and serve, and save remaining broth in a glass bottle or jar in the refrigerator; microwave to heat before future servings.
